Lead Process Engineer - Netherlands - Engineering Consultancy
Lead Process Engineer with management credentials required for niche engineering consultancy based in the Netherlands. The company, who have a large number of projects currently running within the Benelux region, are looking for a Lead Process Engineer who has lead experience within an engineering company to come on board and take control of this growing office.
You will require a minimum of 10 years' experience working for an engineering company, preferably another consultancy or EPC contractor. You should have experience as a Lead Engineer - this means you will not only require technical experience - FEED, Basic or Detailed - but also commercial and business development experience, plus mentoring of younger engineers. My client would prefer a background in Oil, Gas, Petrochemicals or Chemicals - but this is not essential.
