SPENCER OGDEN are currently recruiting for a SENIOR COMPLETION ENGINEER to join a leading service provider specializing in well engineering and production optimisation. This position will give candidates an opportunity to gain a range of technical experience and regional exposure working on projects across the Eastern Hemisphere.
Role:
Plan and direct completion and well engineering activities at office level and provide
engineering support to field level operations
Define rig selection criteria and requirements
Monitor and apply current best practices and technological advancements to all operations
Participate in team meetings and strategy discussions
Conduct post well evaluations of completion, workover and well intervention practices and
effectiveness
Participate in tender bid preparation process as needed for drilling & well engineering input.
This might include travel to other office locations
Lead engineering design and operational plans for completion, Workover and intervention
activities in wells in area of responsibility including completion design, material and
equipment selection, , quality assurance and post-job evaluation
Candidate:
Degree Qualified in an Engineering Discipline
Completion and Well Engineering Background
HPHT Experience an advantage
