SPENCER OGDEN are currently recruiting for a SENIOR DRILLING ENGINEER to join an industry leading Operator on a permanent staff basis. This opportunity will suit candidates currently working with an Operator with North Sea Experience or a candidate with significant Service Company experience.
Role:
Work with local operation teams to optimise well design and performance.
Produce the Basis of Design and the Drilling/Testing Programs.
Ensuring adherence to Company and Government policies and standards.
Provide drilling software expertise.
Develop a wide knowledge base of Industry technologies for application to Companies future operations
Liaise with partners.
Candidate:
Engineering Degree or equivalent
10 years experience relevant experience, with a minimum of 5 years as a Drilling Engineer with an Operator.
North Sea experience preferable.
Capability of working with Drilling Software
