10 Years + Oil & Gas experience
Main duties and responsibilities

Support operational and business units in the structural geology domain
*
Building of structural models
*
Structural validation
*
Integrated trap analysis
*
Fault property analysis
*
Top seal analysis
*
Fracture analysis
*
Participate in improving and/or initiating corporate best practice approaches in structural geology and seal analysis
Education
Diploma, MSc or PhD in geology with a focus on structural geology
Key skills
Expert in one or more and highly competent in the following skill areas:
*
Application of structural geology in exploration and development
*
Structural validation
*
Fault property analysis
*
Top seal analysis
*
Capable of multitasking, able to work under time pressure and stress.
Knowledge Requirements
*
Fracture analysis and modeling techniques
*
Good basic knowledge of geomechanical reservoir analysis
*
Good basic knowledge in seismic interpretation and seismic attribute analysis
*
Knowledge in one or more of the structural modeling and trap analysis tools (Gocad, Trap Tester, Petrel, Move)
Personal Qualifications
*
Leadership: Able to effectively lead a smaller workgroup of professionals across disciplinary boundaries
*
Cross-disciplinary teams: Able to effectively work in multi-disciplinary teams as a key contributor
*
HSE responsibility: Takes responsibility for HSE issues associated within his/her working area
*
Prepared to work abroad and preferably mobile to work in different environments and c
ountries.
