SPENCER OGDEN are currently recruiting for a WELL DESIGN MANAGER to join an International Operator and lead the London based well engineering team. The project will be led through the planning phase for all drilling, completion, welltest and intervention activities.

Role:
Work closely with the asset and subsurface teams to generate and evaluate well conceptual designs
Improve regional well construction performance through well-researched applications, new tools and techniques
Casing design reports
Support well execution team prior to and during the execution phase
Participate in and lead discipline technical meetings
Provide well engineering advice, data room support and cost estimates to the asset teams

Candidate:
Degree Qualified in an Engineering Discipline
Drilling Engineering Experience
Proven Drilling & Completions Background within an Offshore Environment
Some Experience in SNS would be preferable
